カッパのご持参宜しくお願い致します。
受付でも簡易カッパ（フリーサイズ）の販売がございます。
サイズは1種類のため、お子さんや大きめサイズご希望の方はご持参いただくほうが安心です。

●悪天候時のキャンセルはキャンセル料をいただいておりません。
●ガイドツアー催行予定の場合でも安全を考慮し、直前にガイドツアー催行中止の判断をする場合があります。

=Business Hours During Typhoons No.7(Francisco) and No. 8(Co-may) =

In the event of a typhoon or severe weather, we will assess the weather and typhoon conditions and make a decision on whether or not to proceed with the tour based on safety considerations.
If the tour is canceled, we will contact customers who have already made reservations for guided tours by phone or email.
Any changes to business hours will also be announced on “Valley of Gangala” official website (blog).
Please check the website for updates.

Please note that umbrellas cannot be used during strong winds.
We kindly ask that you bring a raincoat. Simple raincoats (one size fits all) are also available for purchase at the front desk.
As there is only one size available, we recommend that children or those who prefer a larger size bring their own for peace of mind.
●No cancellation fees will be charged in case of bad weather.
●Even if a guided tour is scheduled to take place, we may decide to cancel it at the last minute for safety reasons.
